All Packages come with a customized Nutrition Plan to accelerate your results.  You will also receive a weight training program for outside of the gym as well as a full cardio program. All clients will be weighed, measured and take progress photos taken to ensure the best results.

All sessions cover proper form, and function. My clients use light to medium weights to create lean muscle. Safety is my number one in my studio, therefore there is no jumping, or heavy weight activity. Exercises are always modified for each individual, especially those with prior injuries.

Questions & Answers
 
Q. Do you train men & women?

YES. I train men & women of all ages.  My clients are generally between the ages of 14-65.

Q. I have injuries and how will this affect my training?
I have many clients who come in with neck. back, foot, knee issues.  Each client is given modifications through the sessions depending on his or her needs. Some people claim their injury or issue is gone or better!

Q. Do your programs use contracts?
YES. All programs are under contract for a period of time.  We want you to get results in a specific time-frame.  As your trainer, I want to know that you are committed to getting your results!

Q. What kinds of payments do you take?
Cash, check, Venmo, Visa, MasterCard, Discover. I offer and array of payment options to make it convenient and easy for you.

Q. Will I get bulky if I lift weights?
NO! My studio does not have heavy weights. All clients use light to medium weights to ensure safety and maintain proper form through each execution.  Your nutrition will not accommodate you to get bulky.

Q. Do you allow babies or kids in your studio?
YES. As long as they have something to keep them occupied during your session so you are not distracted.

Q. Do you do at-home training?
No. All sessions are held in-studio.

is a private personal training studio focusing on each client individually to achieve personalized fitness training. Centrally located off 117 in Leominster drawing clients from Leominster, Fitchburg, Groton, Lancaster, Worcester, Acton, Sudbury, Concord and beyond.
I offer a small community feeling within a private atmosphere, no prying eyes, yet many of my clients know each other and enjoy the relaxed, friendly environment.

30 Minute Fitness studio is a state-of-the-art facility with the best strength training equipment available. I provide water, paper-towels, changing area and plenty of parking. My mission is to make it as easy as possible for you to get in shape, and stay in shape.
